Niles, IL, 60714 - Sand and refinish hard wood floors

Comments: Strip and refinish floors in kitchen. Fair price for job done. On time and finished work in reasonable time. Easy to work with. Made us comfortable enough to leave alone in house. Would hire again.

Comments: Chicagoland Flooring installed new hard wood floors in the master bedroom.
This company was very prompt. They were able to arrange their installation schedule around that of another contractor so that there was no delay in completing our overall project. They came out after the project was completed to fix a small problem and were very neat and courteous.

Comments: The experience was great. Chicagoland Flooring had more information about the different finishes what they would look like. When 4 other refinishing companies could not tell me why, the owner helped me understand why I did not like the way the floors in my old house were refinished. He showed me different finishes on my floor so I could choose what I liked best. I would recommend him to all

Indian Creek, IL 60061 - Sanding and refinishing of staircase and wood flooring

Comments: We had our whole house and staircase done with solid oak. Chicagoland Flooring were courteous, professional and very responsive. They took great care to wait for the humidity level to dry out in our new construction, before installing the 3' oak plank. Did a superb job and kept the house clean. I had no problem giving the foreman our house key, since they stored their tools at our home. I highly recommend this contractor.
