We had just water leak repaired in the crawlspace and floors were not dry enough. Other companies gave us quick quotes for quick job.We liked that they gave us a formal written estimate using email. They charged a very reasonable price. After a few months they tested floors again and floor were ready. They started and finished the job in the time that was scheduled.

They are also certified by Wood Flooring Association. They showed on time and did a beautiful job with sanding and finishing our worn-out floors. During work they discovered water leak from my fridge, slowly leaking. I was promptly advised and after small fix they could repair a few boards. Great work!!

They were on time, and the hard work was very appreciated. After sanding and finishing it is hard to tell which part is new and which part is old. Great job

The manager of Chicagoland Flooring was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I appreciated his professionalism from start to finish. He was extremely reliable and followed through exactly as he planned in terms of time and cost of the job. The floors look great and he was able to blend the new wood extremely well. Also, my dog walker accidentally stepped on the polished floor before it was completely dry. Without any additional complaint or charge, Chicagoland Flooring team returned the next day to refinish the floor. I highly recommend this company!

Customer Feedback: We had our hundred year old hardwood floors sanded, stained and varnished. The work was done on our living room, dining room, entryway, main stairway, and upstairs hallway. All interactions with the company were absolutely outstanding. They were extremely attentive and cared intensely about the quality of the work and our satisfaction with the job. The final results on the floors were beautiful. We never thought sitting around our house and looking at the floor could be so much fun, but that's all we want to do now! I would find it hard to imagine that there is a better flooring company than these guys.

They are industry certified floor sanders and finishers. All above confirmed our decision to go with them. They done great work on sanding and repairs of our hardwood floors. Highly recommended.
